We train people of all running abilities to achieve their personal goals in fitness, athletics and cross country running. Our training sessions are fun, friendly and free for members! Train as hard or as easy as you want. You’ll find people from all walks of life at TEES.
What to expect
- Arrive about 5:45 pm and tell anyone it’s your first time at TEES and they will introduce you to the head coach.
- At 6:00 pm the distance group do two laps of the track for a warmup …. followed by dynamic stretching .… then the main session which is usually three sets of running drills …. and finish with a cooldown stretch that sometimes includes an ab workout.
- On Mondays there is a kids group, a distance group and a sprint group.
- On Thursdays it’s a distance group ( kids can attend if accompanied by a Parent/Guardian )
